Navigating Uncertainty: Leadership Accountability in a Time of Crisis & Adversity
A Talk by Peter Santini and Dr. Vince Molinaro
About this Talk
In the face of adversity, leaders may struggle to manage their teams effectively.
Before the COVID-19 outbreak, over half of all professionals globally worked remotely at least 2.5 days a week. This has since increased dramatically, with 88% of organizations now insisting their employees work from home and implement social distancing.
Leaders must adapt to a more flexible workplace and create a culture of accountability so that their organization can successfully weather the COVID-19 storm.
However, even before the crisis hit, leaders struggled with accountability. Now they must find a way to step up when it matters most.
In this webinar, we will explore what leaders, at all levels, must do to inspire a culture where everyone steps up, takes ownership, and delivers results.
Our discussion today will focus on:
-
Understand how the world has changed for leaders
-
Discuss the need for strong leadership accountability
-
Examine global research on the state of leadership accountability at a personal, team and culture level
-
Explore strategies to become more accountable leaders
