
Paul Moxness
Managing Partner, NorthPoint International Former Vice President of Global Safety and Security with over 30 years experience in leadership at one of the world's largest hotel groups and founding member of the US State Department Overseas Security Advisory Council Hotel Security Working Group.

Formerly Vice President Corporate Safety and Security, Paul had a 31-year career with Radisson Hotel Group. His work took him to over 60 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He oversaw development of corporate and operational training programs including Crisis Management, Travel Safety, Challenging Environment Pre-deployments, and General Manager Certification.
Paul is well-known for his "Communicate, Collaborate, Contribute" approach to life and work.
His collaboration with government and non-government organizations includes contributing to the Global Counter Terrorism Forum Antalya Memorandum on protection of soft targets, the OSAC white paper on best practices for crisis management and evacuation as well as representing the European hotel industry organization in the Operator’s Forum of the EU Action Plan for Improved Protection of Public Spaces. In 2019, he addressed the UN Security Council Counter Terrorism Committee at UN Headquarters in New York on local engagement and public private partnership for protection of soft targets. He also spoke at an expert seminar for the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) promoting resilience through public private partnership.
Paul is a member of ASIS International and the ASIS CSO Center for Leadership and Development and has held volunteer leadership roles on the ASIS Hospitality Entertainment and Tourism Council as well as the CSO Center Advisory Board.
